Requesting RIPTIKs for Trips
If you are taking your students on a trip and using Ripta as your Transportation:
School Coordinators should be notified so they can submit a 'Trip Ripta 1-hour pass Request Form'. In an effort to streamline and maintain consistent documentation, only School Coordinators should fill out this form. RIPTA One-Hour Pass Form- School Coordinators should be notified two full school days before the trip to ensure we have time to prepare RIPTIKs

- We cannot guarantee that we will have RIPTIKs for you without this notice.

- If we are unable to provide RIPTIKs/or it is too short notice, we will decline the request and you will need to plan for another day.
- Do not ask School Coordinators for RIPTIKs on the day of the trip

- Under no circumstances should you ever ask another building for RIPTIKs
You should only request RIPTIKs for your students who do not have Wave Cards.
