Even in phased reopening, team building continues!

Teambuilding.com to the rescue!

On Monday, October 5, Beccy’s advisory was able to take part in an online murder mystery event: Murder in the Queen’s Court, facilitated by Ali and Mary from Teambuilding.com.  Small groups of students competed in breakout rooms to solve puzzles as quickly as possible in exchange for clues.  At other points in the experience, students competed in trivia challenges and even a scavenger hunt related to Elizabethan England in exchange for clues.  At the end of the hour and a half event, students worked with their team to try to put together the clues they had amassed in order to solve the mystery.  Team Spooky Peasants pulled through in the end with their winning solution offered up by member, and newly crowned murderologist, Camila Lugo!

Teambuilding.com offers a variety of online team-building activities at a significantly reduced cost for schools.  In the midst of the challenges of virtual learning, this was a fun opportunity to let an outside provider take the reins and lead students through a challenging and fun experience.
